Pretty yummy for a protein-y snack.

Surprisingly tasty and not so salty. Yes, the ingredient list is unpronounceable and extensive, likely chemical-laden. Like is most ramen. but with the additional protein to balance out some of those extra carbs, I feel a little better adding this to my addictive ramen rotation. Pretty yummy for a protein-y snack.

I believe that Nissin is the best brand for cup noodles. This cup noodle is a little special as the soup is super-charged with protein. I didn't know if the protein is in the noodle or the soup, but I could tell when I opened the lid; there is a ton of power on top of the noodles. I wish they make this noodle in curry flavor.

Awesome soup! Easy to make - just add water, microwave for about 90 seconds, and wait a few minutes, and you have a very tasty, hot soup! The new paper cups are much more environmentally friendly than the old styrofoam cups. The paper cups are also very sturdy.It has good protein cotent for what it is, but I wish they found other ways to lower the sodium content, though, I know that is difficult with a lot of broths.
