5x8 picture frames aren't a standard size carried by retailers. I took to the Internet to see if I could find one there and I stumbled across ArtToFrames. It was super easy to order the size I needed as well as the color. I reached out to Customer Service because while I received a confirmation from Paypal, I had not received one from ArtToFrames. The representative was very polite and helpful. She told me the system had been running slow and if I didn't receive a confirmation in a few hours, she could either call me back or I could call her. I told her that I would reach out if I didn't see one later in the day. Before the day was over, I received a confirmation that the frame was ready to ship! It even arrived here 2 or 3 days ahead of schedule. I will definitely order from ArtToFrames again, especially when I need non-standard sizes. As a first time customer, I am very pleased with the entire process from ordering to receiving. I highly recommend this company!!
