Overall we are happy with these chairs post-assembly. They are sturdy and really nice looking. But let me say that assembly was a real pain. Firstly they cannot be assembled with the hex handle that comes with them. You will need a ratchet hex screwdriver at minimum. Secondly the screw holes are poorly aligned and weren't laser machine pressed. We had to loosen and retighten every single one of them to allow another one to be adjusted and jimmied and cajoled into aligning. Thirdly one of the A-peice screwholes was covered up by the vinyl wrap. Fourth the vinyl was really dirty and our hands were black before finishing. Fifth the "instructions " were a set of poorly drawn pictures and trying to decipher what screws went where was difficult. . So overall, assembling 2 chairs took 2 of us 5 hours and had we not had our own ratcheting hex screwdriver we wouldn't have been able to get them finished. Only because the end-result of the assembly turned out so nice that I give these 5 stars.

Sadly the center of the top cushion was a poor sew job and mine come loose after the first sit. But I love the rest of the piece! It's quality and looks very pretty
