Really soft on the inside the sandal, so soft it's like slippery when walking. I'm a 10.5 I got a 10.5-11 I have Xtra room, I could have gotten a 9-10.5, The bottoms are real nice too I can go outside and not worry I'm messing up the shoe. it's not as pink as I like but overall I like them .
