I have a scanner for cars already but I needed one now that would allow me to deactivate the EPB “ Electronic parking brake “ on cars and trucks so that I can change the back brake pads on these newer vehicles. I looked into if you could rent them, but they don't seem to rent those tools. So Iran across this one but because of the price wasn't sure if it would do the job. I am amazed at not only will it do that job plus all that the other scanner will do as well and then some. I'm glad that I purchased this one through Walmart and it comes in a handy heavy duty case as well

I like this unit for the purpose it serves. I wish it had a case or bag to fit in. With the cords it is a bit difficult to store compactly. I have a NEXPOW booster power unit that is great. Because of i the quality of that unit I purchased this OBD11 of the same brand name. I may submit more after using it on a couple more of my vehicles.
