Ikimi order / product review and star ratings (low 1 - 5 best): Walmart app, Shopping %26 Ordering experience: 5 Shipping (Fedex): 5  Packaging: 5 (superb) Parts condition / quantity: 5 (pristine condition – no damaged parts or shortages, extra fasteners supplied) Instructions: 5 (scanned the QR code on the included instruction manual and watched the short video once prior to assembly) Assembly: 5 (took about 2 hours – I like to organize things and took my time) Seller (Ikimi): 5 All together I'd purchased two white Ikimi 2-drawer lateral file cabinets, and one 4-drawer vertical cabinet on casters. I spent about 5-6 hours total from unpacking to assembly of all units. I love the look and the value for the money. The drawers and locking mechanism work flawlessly. My overall rating with this experience is:  5 out of 5 stars. Recommendations:  Don't use the supplied screwdriver because the head is too small for the screws. I used a slightly larger, manual, Phillips screwdriver.
