This is actually the 3rd vacuum we purchased. The first one was purchased almost a year ago. PrettyCare/Walmart have been great about all they do. Customer service on both ends is outstanding. Delivery has been excellent, since l do not drive anymore. The second one was purchased because the first one was so impressive. They are light, powerful, easy to use and do the job very well. My wife liked the one l bought for my room and wanted one for the rest of the house. We do have a regular vacuum with a hose etc., but it is cumbersome and heavy and uses electricity. The newest one was a little more expensive, but has been in use since it was delivered. It is more powerful than the other two and she uses it daily. They all have quick pickup, rotating brushes and separate tools that work well for what is needed. Price was good on all three and worth the money, customer support is fantastic on both ends, here in the US and China. Proud to be able to brag on everything. Thank you for great products!

I’m really happy with this vacuum! It’s very powerful and easily removes even stubborn dirt and pet hair from carpets. The battery lasts long enough to clean the whole house without recharging.
