I love this item. It heats the water in 3-4 minutes. And the on off button clicks off when it reaches the temperature. A good safety feature. The size is great, up to 7-8 cups. I've used it nine time so far

I fill the liquid level to it's "Max" line. It makes the tea steam and then it boils for 2-3 minutes before automatically shutting off. I now just manually shut it off before it boils for too long. A magnet doesn't work on it so I'm real glad it is advertised as stainless steel and not aluminum. Make sure to clean the interior well before using it (as its instructions note.) Sadly I doubt this can be made for this price in this country (USA.)
