[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The covergirl lip butter balm is very hydrating and the pigment is so beautiful on top of putting on a lip liner. The shade is a beautiful raspberry and it is buildable. The consistency is very smooth it feels like butter on the lips! I highly recommend
