BOTKK 2.5Ah Replacement Lithium-Ion Battery for 56V EGO Battery 2.5Ah BA1400 BA1400T for EGO Leaf Blower and EGO Weed Eater

Hello Lawrence! Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how challenging it can be when runtime does not meet your expectations. Battery runtime can vary depending on factors like load, tool type, and operating conditions. This battery is designed for lighter weight and convenience, but higher-demand tasks will drain it more quickly. For longer run time and fewer interruptions, a higher capacity option such as a 4.0Ah or 6.0Ah battery is typically better suited. If you are noticing similar performance even with lighter tasks, our team would be happy to take a closer look and help make sure everything is working as it should. If the battery has been stored for a period of time, placing it on the charger for an extended charge cycle (allowing it to remain connected for a full charge window) can sometimes help reset the battery management system. It is also important to store batteries in a cool, dry environment, as extreme heat or cold can impact charging performance and overall lifespan.
