I did run into a small issue during assembly, but customer support (shoutout to Molly!) communicated with me daily until everything was resolved. I bought this bike, quick shipping, good price did have an issue but was resolved quickly. The only reason for the 5 star rating is the quick response. The part came in less than 2 weeks to arrive and fixed the bike. And the controller did look like it was sealed better than the original. Bike has ran fine since.

It's a great bike to be honest it is very fast. Great acceleration. The headlight could be brighter. The only other thing is it was a little hard to set up for one person. All in all thought I absolutely love it. Definitely worth the price I bought it for. Got the 3 yr warranty as well πŸ˜ƒ
