Either or I received the wrong item or this item was broken in half. it is not full as described. it is very chintzy and it is only 36 in. it was not 60 or 5 ft I honestly purchased it thinking it was 59 ft like a strand of lights, I meant opened it. I was extremely disappointed and reread the description but it's even smaller than 59" it barely covers the top of my threshold doorway
