SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacle, Flagship Reference Tower Speaker, Diamond Coated Tweeter, Quad 8" Woofers - Piano Gloss Black

I just replaced some front B & W's with the SVS UEP towers to try and make a better home theater experience. Added an Ultra Center speaker and two elevation speakers for Atmos effects._x000D_ The transformation, after using Audyessy on a Marantz 8015 was extraordinary. The action of the screen comes alive, dialogue is clearly understandable and there is a 3D sense to all of the noise with everything in its place as it should be. Sound is absolutely great. _x000D_ Not so great, if I'm picking nits, the grommets on the PB Pro 2000 are tighter than a duck's, er, butt, and that's watertight. Hard to align the screen into four widespread holes without distorting the grommets. That could be improved. The other thing is the quality of the plastic anchors that come with the elevation speakers. No reason that they could not be upgraded. I had one in which the screw grabbed too early and started spinning the anchor, which had no ribs on the side, enlarging the hole in the drywall before I realized what was happening. Not a major problem but one that could be avoided with better anchors. _x000D_ Those are nits though. I had a very big smile on my face just listening to this system and the order of magnitude of improvement it made. Buy it, you won't be sorry...

Absolutely worth the price. I went to the hifi audio should in Round Rock before buying these to make sure they were what I wanted. I was there for two days just listening to all of the speakers. They ranged from 400 dollar blue tooth speakers to 100k for a pair of towers. For me, these out preformed all at the show. I don't have the hearing to tell you any details other than they sound just as good as all of the other speakers at the show but also did so at much higher levels. If you are in the market for a high end hifi speaker, I highly recommend the Ultra Evolution Pinnacles.
