Perfect for the cause and it is "Beautiful".

I read the directions two times then it was on. you will not go wrong if you put the shelf together step by step as you were told; it came out beautiful. The color of the bookshelf was perfect (oak), and the 5 shelves were handy for my needs. The back of the bookshelf is made of card but it still serve the cause, if I have time I will go to the lumber yard and get a board for the back. Everyone loves my book case it gives my room a special touch although it was a little pricey for when you consider the fact that I have to get a board to finish the back, but I am still happy with it because I had a difficult time finding a bookcase that was built with materials that did not have chemical properties or did not cause cancer.

Very affordable basic wood shelf units

Purchased two of these in White to combine to create shoe storage shelf in garage. I knew these are relatively cheap 1/2" shelves not designed for too much weight so these are perfect as a base to create organized shoe shelf dividers. I had to purchase separately extra 1/2" rubbermaid white wood shelves and cut to fit these. Also adding some trimwork/quarter rounds to finish the project off. They are mounted to the wall using "L" brackets hidden at the top and bottom of the units. Installation is pretty easy so long as you verify the steps in the directions and do a dry fit of parts to make sure finished sides are facing the right way.
