Anti-human design! Who designed this?

Worst user experience ever. The protective film is stuck under the rim and can't be pulled out—who manufactures cookware like this? On top of that, the legs are nearly impossible to install because the slots are too narrow. I hurt my fingers just trying to assemble it. A complete waste of time and money.
