Key item features

  • Pure Magnesium Glycinate: Our supplement is 100% pure magnesium glycinate, unlike other brands that are often 'buffered' or diluted with cheap magnesium oxide. This ensures you're getting the highest quality of magnesium glycinate.
  • Maximum Absorption: Our magnesium glycinate is chelated for maximum absorption by the body. It's also a very gentle form that's less likely to cause loose stools than other forms of magnesium.
  • Promotes Sleep: Magnesium glycinate helps you relax by activating the neurotransmitter GABA. This makes it an excellent supplement to take at the end of the day for better sleep and relaxation.
  • No Fillers or Additives: We don't use any fillers, excipients, allergens, or preservatives in our magnesium glycinate. Most other brands use magnesium stearate and other additives, but at Why Not Natural, we give you the purest magnesium with absolutely nothing added.
  • Made in USA: in a cGMP-certified facility and third-party tested for clean supplements you can trust. We’re so confident you’ll love it that it’s 100% guaranteed, even if you use the whole bottle!

I've been more than happy with this product and this company. Their products are among the cleanest I've researched, and their customer service is 2nd to none. I'm so glad I found Why Not Natural and will be checking out their entire product line to see if there's anything else I need from them. I recommend this company and this product 100%.

Question. Does 1 capsule equal 500 mg or do you need to take 3 capsules to equal 500 mg? I am a bit confused as the directions say to take 3 pills per day. Appreciate if someone can clarify.
