These are nice and good quality. They clean really easy. I've only made eggs and bulk Kielbasa patties in them so far, but I have quite a few other ideas for these. I bought three more sets. One for my brother, which he loves, one for my sisters upcoming birthday and another set for me. Overall, these are really nice and I can think of quite a few dishes I can use these with.
