A:Confirm if you are in Bluetooth Mode or 2.4GHz Mode. The 2.4GHz dongle cannot be connected in Bluetooth mode. You need to switch to 2.4GHz mode.

Purchased these headphones for a gift for my son who is a gamer. He is 14 and the size fit perfectly. I also tried them on and agree the size fits good on adults too. The muffs are comfortable and do cancel surrounding noise nicely. Sound quality was crispy and clear exceeding my expectations and they feel a lot more sturdy than other pairs I have purchased before. In addition to this they were a quick ship...came in 1 day!
