Not so geat experience

We've had this installed a few months and have officially been locked out of our house on 4 separate occasions. This doesn't include the multitude of locking and unlocking issues we've experienced. Never had less confidence in a lock in my life.

This product sucks!!!

Every time we have a driving rain down here in Bolivia, NC this crumby door lock jams and has to be replaced. Is this the best you people can do?????
