It is louder than I thought it would be when emptying, but it does get the job done by getting all the hair and other things off of my floor. This thing is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. The mopping feature isn't the greatest I've ever seen, but as a quick light spot clean option, it does the job. Super love the base that automatically empties the bin when it goes back to the charger. I do, however, wish the bags were reusable, but they seem cheap enough to get replacements of and they hold quite a lot so it isn't something I need to worry about often. The roller does require some attention in between cleanings if you have people/pets with long hair in the house, but I expect that to be the case with any vacuum of this type. The ends of the roller come off so it's very easy to detangle. The mapping is amazing and you can map multiple rooms as different maps to use separately. I had a step-down living room, so I just made it its own map and I just move the base down there to clean that room. Love that I can schedule daily cleans for the rest of the house while I'm away. The app seems intimidating at first but it's actually quite intuitive and easy to figure out. Overall, a really great buy.
