I did not have any issues with the item getting here. I have not tried to mop but I absolutely love the vacuum.

well.. I'm thinking I'm not going to purchase this brand again or atleast this brand. it's funny. unlike any other flosser I've ever used. soft and not a hard stream of water hitting between my teeth. Right? that's the whole point of using this machine. so, I'm not unhappy but maybe just disappointed that this flosser is a dismal experience. on to the next...

I think they should be made more durable! So they can stand outside, maybe under a trailer for security!! just my opinion!!

I know nothing to tell you about this seller -- that is new to me. The product has only been used for sweeping. It does a pretty good job, but manual vacuuming picks up all the dirt for me and I am picky.

Extremely difficult to find replacement parts and supplies.

The vacuum cleaner was delivered on time and without any damage to the shipping box and vacuum cleaner.

The only way for it to be better is if had a refill and dumping station.
