Easy to assemble and use

A week and a half ago, I fell and fractured my hip. Since getting home from the hospital, I have struggled to rise from sitting - my arms and legs are weak. This set of rails may just save me. I was so excited when I saw this cookbook. I just knew they had some good recipes. I did find something I was actually looking for that was a asparagus fried with some good stuff in it. I found it, but that wasn't all there was a lot of good recipes in that book was so heavy I could hardly lift it however, I recommend it to anybody Shirley Doyel.
