Love this coconut milk! Use it in coffees, smoothies, teas, and sometimes even cereal! I love the consistency, as the coconut milk in the cans can get thick and difficult to mix in a drink or even use for cereal. I love to even drink this straight up too - super creamy, flavorful, and healthy!

I purchased a machine to make smoothies because at age 51 I'm just now deciding that I want to live a healthier life. I wanted to try my smoothie with coconut milk or coconut water so I brought both. I am not a milk fan just drinking it by itself so I was quite on edge just to take a sip of the coconut milk. much to my surprise it is absolutely delicious. I had pineapple, mangoes and strawberries with coconut milk blended into a smoothie. Absolutely delicious. A must try!!

Coconut lets me a lot more now

Silk coconut milk is so different from regular milk, because it digest a lot better. Because of my healthwise, I cannot drink regular milk so I get to enjoy cereal and other things. I can have desserts now too. Anyone with a bad stomach should try it.
