Very good price, but runs small.

The quality of this item seems to be very good for such a low price. The only problem is that the shorts are smaller than the size indicated on the label. I ordered a 38 inch waist because that is the size I normally wear. When I received the order, I tried them on and I knew immediately that they were too small. I returned them to my local Walmart store and received a refund. Now I will order a size 40 waist and hopefully they will fit.
