When it arrived I was worried because its smaller than my old bag but when I started putting my stuff in it, I was pleasantly surprised. The laptop fit nicely and there was room for a standard sized notebook and possibly a second one. The front pocket had plenty of room for the cord and dongle and a small pencil box, plus slots for pens and pencils and pockets for my mouse and headphones and the flap still closed without issue. The small zippered pocket in back is more then big enough for my cellphone and a small wallet. The colors look just like the picture, its so pretty. Day one I received multiple compliments. It arrived quickly. I am so happy with this bag.
