I placed the order it never arrived. I repeatedly called customer service and was told to just wait a few more hours the item will arrive. Then twelve more hours it is just delayed. Then forty-eight more hours, they promised it would arrive. I then asked them to ship a replacement, they agreed; then a day later canceled the order. And then informed me they will refund the money in ten or so days. They are a joke

Backpack arrived on time And as advertised. sizable pack with good pockets and the zippers look hefty.

The backpack is just as described. It arrived quickly and well packed.

Item received was as describer by the supplier. I would definitely purchase the Matein product again when needed.
