Because the dining counter we use daily is higher than a regular dining table, the chairs that go with the table were not suitable. As a result, we ended up purchasing taller chairs on two separate occasions. The first was a standard round-seat stool, and since it had no back support, we later bought another round-seat chair with a wooden backrest. However, in actual use, the wooden backrest only touched the back without providing real support, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods. This time, we finally got an adjustable-height bar stool with a proper backrest that effectively supports the lower back, making it noticeably more comfortable to sit on. This process of trial and error has taken over five years, so we hope the newly purchased chair will also prove to be long-lasting.

Assembled right after arrival, pretty easy process, only four screws and then quickly connect three pieces. The design is simple yet elegant, height is adjustable and there is plastic ring as cushion on the bottom to reduce floor scratches. Good value for the price (comes with two stools)
