LOVE IT! I followed the booklet instructions and ran the machine to remove the plastic smell - which was minimal. Then I made roasted potatoes and a steak at the same time. They both turned out delicious and the clean up was a breeze. No more spatters doing it the hard way on my range top and no more charred meat with fire flare-ups at my grill. It fits nicely on my counter (well under the upper cabinet) and looks good too!

Did expect much but now I use this daily!!!
I didn’t know I needed this until I started using it every day. I wasn’t sure a 14-quart air fryer would be worth the counter space, but the Gourmia proved me wrong almost immediately. The first night, I threw in some frozen sweet potato fries and they came out perfectly crispy—better than my oven ever managed. Since then, I’ve cooked chicken drumsticks, veggies, and even reheated pizza (which somehow tastes freshly baked again). What I love most is how much faster dinner comes together. No preheating, no waiting around. I can toss everything in, set a timer, and walk away. The large glass window is also a nice touch—it’s satisfying to watch food crisp up without opening the door. Cleaning is quick too; I just rinse the trays with warm water and soap. It’s honestly made me cook at home more often because it’s so convenient. For busy nights, it’s been a total lifesaver
