They have alot of flavor cant wait to try the other flavors im trying to quit smoking. So i have been trying all kinds of different stuff. Theys hrlp its like candy in your mouth you dont suck on candy when you smoke normally so these do help. The caffeine has been helping with the quitting of soda. yea im trying to do both at 1 time i dont want to gain weight when i stop smoking and a 6pk or more a day of soda has gotten out of hand so got to stop both. I put them in between my lip and gums and just leave them there. so much flavor.

These don't dissolve to nothing, each pouch is filled (never had any empty/half full pouches like with other brands) and generally taste good. They do have a bitterness to them but most caffeine pouches do.
