I really like this handheld filtering shower head. The filter comes already installed. I am not sure how to replace the filter when the time comes. I really like the difference between having a non filtering shower head and one that filters the water. My skin and hair looks and feels so much better since the switch, my daughter's face has cleared up nicely too. When we moved we didn't realize how bad our new city's water is, and our skin and hair was paying the price for our new city's terrible water. We will never go back to using a shower head that does not filter the water. Best purchase ever for our apartment!
