Charging cord is 32.5 inches (No adapter/charging plug included). User Gide is 12 pages long with a quick guide sheet and additional instructions on the unit. It comes with 4 heads (2 regular, 1 orthodontic and one with a built in shield (no info about it in user guide)). Unit is 8.75 inches tall without attachment head and 12 inches with head installed. No instructions or diagram as to where and how to plug in for charging. Thus pic showing set up. Also I like to label all power cords to confirm which item it goes with. Unit does light up and gives charging feedback. It does not say to use with distilled water (tap is fine) but does say no iodine, no salt water, no non-diluted mouthwash. NOTE: THE 24 month warranty activation EXPIRES 7 days after delivery date!! This is a dry powerful unit, it left my teeth feeling totally smooth and clean just like after a professional dental cleaning.
