An actual msrp card. I would say the best price to performance out there for the 5000 series. The fans themselves are good but also a little cheap for the plastic. The hardware itself is top tier. It does stay cool. It is also quiet with a good fan curve. I put this in the Lian Li case. Maybe 54c at full usage. 16gb vram I also would say is the minimum of what you want so you wont need to worry for future games. This card should carry easily for near high end with a 9800x3d till around the 7000 series comes out. Not that I max every setting. I still like to try and optimize my settings overall.
