Received today so I am only rating on taste. I'm a senior and use this to sip on during intermittent fasting. I used about 1 1/2 scoops to about 28 ounces of water with lots of ice- fits perfectly in my 32 oz Ozark Trail tumbler. NOT TOO SWEET, yeah! Will also try the lemon lime flavor. Good nutrition panel and price.

So far, Genius electrolyte blend has been effective at combating both types of dehydration I tend to experience. But, more on how it tastes, rather decent taste, clearly no excess sugars like you'd find in electrolyte replacement drink on store shelves, the Fizzyness isn't too excessive, so the mixed drink can be chugged down within a minute or so of mixing. It has a decent taste, not unlike an orange soda, but with a hint of grit from the electrolyte salts. After consuming the product, I feel a quick lift in my energy and mood, my body's way of thanking me for giving it proper hydration.
