I have a variety of Premier Protein shakes on hand in the refrigerator. They support my needs of having a quick and easy breakfast and getting a full start for the day or a pick-me-up at break time. One shake is a meal substitute and some of my friends drink a shake as a meal of reduced calories to keep on a diet program. What ever the need, all the flavors are good.

Diet and protein

I am 79 and trying to lose weight so I wanted to diet but was concerned over getting enough protein to keep my strength. I am striving to have at least 90g of protein a day. This drink gives me 1/3 of that amount while tasting good. I tried the chocolate peanut favored drink but the chocolate is a bit strong so I save it for the days that I wanted something chocolate. You do need to shake well before drinking. I keep in the refrigerator but put it in the freezer 30 minutes before drinking so that it is nice and cold. Great product!

Great quick drink to help manage macros!

I enjoy the Strawberries and Cream flavour, but can't speak to any of the others - as I watch a couple of my macros, this makes it nice and easy to reach my protein goals - especially post workout! I would recommend shaking before use or you'll find the gunk at the bottom!
