Excellent product and customer service.

Arrived promptly and is exactly as described. Much superior to other canopies I have used. I bought because I was impressed with my neighbors who bought his on recommendation from a member of his car club. Unfortunately the shipper screwed up twice first busting the end of one box so one piece was lost. Customer service responded with 24 hours but UPS managed to bend that rod. Again customer service responded in 24 hours and and It arrived in a couple of days. Thanks Martina! The deliveries were well packed so it must have really been beaten up by the shipper. Assembly was straightforward but you do need help to support as you are joining the legs to the top frame and stretching the cover. Good design with cross braces and the top and sides are one piece and stretch overhang the front and back. It makes it more resistant to the wind getting underneath which has wrecked my previous canopies. All you need is in the two boxes but recommend you have a step ladder handy. The cover also is long enough to weigh down on the ground again making it resist lifting with wind gusts. Very satisfied.
