Love this set of clippers. They work perfect for my lil pup. They work great on thinner fur around the paws. I can't speak on if it's matted or not because my baby isn't matted. However I believe it work work great on lightly matted areas. Her paws look so nice and cleaned up now. Also they have a light aimed at right where you are working for clear viewing. Also includes a charger, oil and brush. I would recommend to anyone looking for some.

I have a persian cat that regularly gets her butt hair matted so badly a brush won't do the trick. I have tried (not exaggerating) SIX different "pet trimmers" to shave her problem areas and NONE of them work like this little guy. This took her tangled fur off in one swipe and didn't pull the hair like the other trimmers we have tried. It was quiet enough that she didn't even need calming chews before using it. The light on the end was especially helpful since her fur is solid black and thick, I could see right where I needed to. The best part? It took me less than three minutes to get rid of all of her matted fur!!!! I have spent HOURS trying to do what I did in under three minutes with other trimmers!!

Great clippers!

These little clippers work great on small dogs like my Yorkie. I wanted to clip trim up her face and paws between grooming appointments and these worked perfectly. My dog goes to a groomer so she is use to clippers but she isn't use to me grooming her so it took 2 of us to trim her. I highly recommend these clippers!
