the assembly looked better quality than we usually get for this price. I did sometimes feel like I was playing twister with the bed as I put it together. In the end it took two of us to put it together and a couple of hours but it did look awesome when it was finished.

My child absolutely loves this bed. Saved their own money and paid for it themselves. The assembly was easy as long as you follow the directions and look at the pictures for guidance. The "wood" quality is press board and flimsy feeling so you have to be very careful when assembling that you don't tighten the screws too much that you break the pieces. Bedframe itself is sturdy with the metal slates. The finish look looks great and is just as described. Overall I'm very happy with it.
