Well boxed , came perfectly. Initially I thought oh my this is kind of small for my taste but when I used it, over and over already, I find this is just ideal for what I want. It doesn't take long to heat to a boil at all, make sure you use a towel on the handle that can get hot. This clean crisp kettle is a perfect size to fill my nice heavy 20 oz mugs for tea! There is a very unique spout you will have to check out! I really don't like the idea of leaving water in a metal tea kettle it just is not safe, or pleasing to taste, and can rust so this is perfect too always have a hot cup of whatever you prefer that is always clean, crisp, hot and just ideal. I am so glad that I purchased this. I plan on getting more as a gift, I want to share this very affordable unique find.
