It's lined perfectly and keep the cold or warmth of the food and beverages that I put in it. My friends and coworkers have all complemented on it. It came with two small containers. It has a drawstring at the top, and side pockets. I love it!

The containers that come with are a great size and leave plenty of room for other items to be packed in it as well. I was concerned the cinch top wouldn't hold the temp but it actually did a pretty great job keeping my items cool.
