Not living up to the expectations

I bought these a little over a month ago and I want to like them but as Is there is too many issues. The break in period was rough. The heel lift is absolutely ridiculous, I had to add heel pads to eliminate that. The stock insoles are insanely uncomfortable, I had to switch to Dr Scholl's work boot insole to make them bearable.and lastly the outsoles are already falling apart after a month with the leather taking a bit of a beating. The composite to provides good protection and the boots are insanely light. Pros Weight is super light Decent traction in oily conditions Boa lace system is a game changer Considerably Fit on the heel is horrible major blisters without heel pads. Outsoles are already falling apart after a momth. Leather is not holding up as well as it should be. In conclusion I would have been better buying another pair of Grisport boots for everyday work boots.
