Early Impressions are Super-smooth Gameplay

Moving from an ASUS TUF RX 7700XT I didn't expect as much setup, but chipset, Radeon driver and even my Strix motherboard audio drivers needed updating. But after all that setup was complete, I was rewarded with super smooth gameplay in my two essential racing Sims, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Le Mans Ultimate. Card runs cool (55C for cpu and gpu) and surprisingly uses LESS power that the RX7700XT, which is a lower tdp gpu. I am looking forward to putting it to good use going forward.

I bought this GPU when prices were a bit higher than they are now on 6/10/26. That's why I lowered 1 star. With that said, great card, but if your looking for a review that includes temps with cooler that comes with it. I never used this card in that fashion. I immediately tore it down and installed a water block the same day. It's been solid ever since, low temps good frames. Even at the higher price when I bought it. For this generation of cards I think it's one of if not the best AMD has done since the 6950 or the 6000 series in general. Which isn't that old, but before that I couldn't tell you the last real good card from them. The 5700 was plagued by driver issues.. so the 290 maybe? Anyway worth it. Now that prices are 25 to 50 lower even better.
