The quality and look of the bag is good. However, after 2 months of usage (I don't even wear it often, perhaps once in a week), I notice that the uppermost part of the chain has become discolored for simply wearing it outside. This is pretty disappointing, as I paid a hefty price for this bag and I expected better quality from this brand
