The boxes were destroyed upon receipt but the product inside was ok. There were a couple areas of the base that were not straight and we had to adjust the sides a bit so the chair material didn't rub against it. The look of the product is very nice and they are comfortable, gliding smoothly. The construction of the chairs was more time consuming than it needed to be. The hole alignment is off as other purchasers have noted so you really have to work with it to get it aligned but the biggest obstacle was that the screws need to be longer to firmly attach the pieces. I ended up ordering longer screws from Amazon....... Thank goodness my son is not easily frustrated as he helped to build the set.

Beautiful but poorly made!
The set is beautiful and the cushions are perfect. Very comfortable. The instructions were terrible and some of the screw holes didn't line up in the metal - very poorly engineered. The screws were not long enough in some places. Would not recommend unless you know how to drill/screw through metal yourself.
