CAP 6-in-1 Adjustable Threaded Dumbbell with Foam Handle, Black/Blue - Fast Adjust from 1 to 15 Pounds

This little dumbbell is easy to use and does the job. It's small, easy to change the weights, and really convenient to have. There are a couple of items I wanted to mention. I felt the price was a bit high for just one dumbbell. The grip area can be small for bigger handers. The weights are really good quality and easy. I wish it was a little easier to distinguish the weight segments so you can easily see the weight you are added/subtracting from the handle.

The foam helps me get a good grip for each exercise, which allows me to keep good form. I will be purchasing another one at some point so that I can have a set to incorporate more heavy weights into my workout routine.
