they are not wide width

my husband wears a 12 and 1/2 wide. I ordered a 13 extra wide specifically to make sure he was comfortable with steel toe. the shoe size is accurate, the steel toe is certainly not wide!! they were uncomfortable the minute he put them on and tried to walk in them he could feel the steel toe pressuring his toes. if you can't get the steel toe wide then you're not selling a wide shoe!! taking them back very disappointed.
