I have the full size but prefer this smaller circuit size. Its smaller size is better for setting up in an apartment and for moving. It accomplishes the same purpose of the larger version which is strengthening my knees. I love this size and am glad I ordered it.

The steps are exactly what I thought they were going to be. The steps are sturdy and it has good grip. I had done a lot of shopping around before purchasing these steps and these steps are the only ones I found within a reasonable price that offered 3 heights. The video isn't too shabby either. Video gives you the option to have a beginning workout or advanced. It's a well worth buy.

Excellent way to stay active

I bought this because I gained some weight while in college, and I prefer exercising at home over the gym. I had tried step aerobics before in high school, but I had to start with just one pair of risers first to get accustomed to the routine. It's easy to follow the routines on the DVD, I just wish (as others have mentioned) that there was a way to fasten or secure the risers to the platform, because if you happen to accidentally tap the step too forcefully you have to readjust everything. I find this was well worth the money, because it came with two pair of risers and a DVD. Definitely would recommend to my friends.
