Very pleased with the generous amount of foam, hot or cold even with1% milk! The fill levels inside is a bit hard to see - I measured Min. Is a 1/3 cup; Max foam is 2/3 cup and Max for heating milk is 1 1/3 cup. The whisk accessory is stored in the lid %26 the froth accessory comes inside base of pot - a little hard to pull out as it is snug. I leave it in place when I rinse the pot, not a problem. ( comes with a convenient cleaning sponge with a handle). It took a bit before I realized the control panel shows up after you plug it in and to select the mode push the start button repeatedly as it moves through the selections. it flashes twice for each mode. Stop pushing the start button once your desired selection flashes. Turns off automatically. Efficient and good quality for the price!

My espresso machine has a built-in frother that frankly leaves much to be desired; not only does my machine not produce a thick froth it is a pain to clean because my coffee station is not near my sink. I purchased this on a whim and the first time I used it I knew I had made one of the best purchases ever! This little machine quickly heats up the milk and froths it to an almost "Cool Whip" consistency! I am so happy that I bought this and it has upped my cappuccino game tremendously! I did try to froth liquid non-dairy creamer and it did not thicken it at all but it did heat it up so that when I poured it in my hot coffee it didn't cool my coffee down. This is seriously one of the best purchases ever if you are like me and like your frothy cappuccinos and lattes!
