Due to many abdominal surgeries I am use to wearing shapewear. This item is wonderful. I feel it is true to size. It does take a minute to get into ( just like with any shapewear). My only critique are the legs. My thighs are larger than I'd like and it does take some getting use to. It does NOT roll down at all. I would recommend.
