Lightweight polyester, fully lined. True to size-I'm usually a large at 5'8” 140 lbs. It falls just above my ankles. Very comfortable, with pockets and plenty of room in the bodice. (Be aware that the puffy sleeves are a bit youthful.) Arrived very wrinkled but they came out with a steamer. Will wear with a wide belt.
