The Mainstays Darby 12 piece stoneware dinnerware is exactly as des ribed but the blue color is much prettier than pictured on the website. The dishes have a good weight and the surfaces of all bowls and plates are smooth with no blemishes. I have bought other dishes at a higher price with more defects than these. They are very pretty and will look great on my table. I'm very pleased with the quality of this set.

This is almost an exact copy of the Home from JCPenney brand of dinnerware I have. Over time pieces were broken %26 I no longer had a full set. I looked everywhere %26 I could not replace any pieces. It is now discontinued. I looked for a long while for a cream colored set that didn't have coffee cups. This set met all my needs. They are a beautiful cream colored set. No coffee cups I don't need.
